1999 Shiraz

Deep in colour, the 1999 Brothers in Arms Shiraz displays rich, ripe blackberry, vanillin and raspberry aromas with a hint of eucalypt.

The palate is opulent and full bodied with warm, silky, soft blackberry and peppery flavours and a fine tannin finish. Enjoyable drinking now, however it will continue to gain greater complexity and softness with careful cellaring over 10 to15 years.

The Wine Advocate 2002

These are the most exciting discoveries
from the editor’s tasting'. They are high
scoring, low production wines from around
the world that may be difficult to find, but
are worth seeking out".
Wine Spectator USA 2002

Only 450 cases of this wine were
produced. Most of it was exported to the
USA.
We had one recently and it was
beautifully fresh.
Let us know if you are lucky enough to
drink one!! Cheers, Liz Adams
