2003 No6 Shiraz Cabernet

Winemaker’s comments

Deep purple/red colour. The aroma is rich, inviting and spicy with a melange of ripe raspberry, blackberry, blackcurrant and aniseed.

The palate is opulent, ripe, full bodied and warming, with sweet, concentrated fruit flavour encased in full fine tannins. Approachable now but will cellar for 10+ yrs.

“A Shiraz Cabernet blend, it shows the two
seductive hallmarks of Langhorne Creek
reds, a fragrant, minty aroma and delicious,
soft, fruity and fleshy mid palate”
