2010 Arbiter Reserve Shiraz

2010 is recognised as one of the outstanding vintages in Langhorne Creek.

Perfect ripening conditions allowed the fruit to truly ripen and display full fruit flavours with balanced acidity and tannins. Our Winemaker has been carefully nurturing this parcel of Shiraz, preparing it to be released as the 2010 Arbiter Reserve Shiraz. Deep in colour with a touch of purple, the nose shows ripe fruits with an underlying spice character. Forest Fruits and currants with just a hint of toasted marshmellow. The oak is well matched with the fruit providing great complexity and depth. The palate is elegant and restrained with very fine tannins and great structure. This is a beautifully balanced, carefully crafted wine.
