2007 Arbiter Cabernet Shiraz

Displaying a deep purple colour, the dominant Cabernet Sauvignon shows strong varietal characteristics with spice, menthol and tobacco leaf aromas on the nose. The palate displays mouth filling dark ripe fruit and cigar box flavours which linger. The Shiraz fruit provides a hint of pepper and persistent length on the middle palate. Fine grained tannins will ensure this wine can be enjoyed over the next 10-15 years.
