2007 Arbiter Cabernet Shiraz

Deep crimson colour with purple hues. This wine has the black currant and blackberry flavours typical of Cabernet Sauvignon and the black pepper and spice aromas typical of Shiraz.

There are hints of coconut and coffee from aging on new oak. These characters flow onto the medium bodied palate, which is finely balanced. Soft integrated tannins, which support the fruit, give the wine texture and lead to a long finish.
