2015 — Cabernet Sauvignon
Bin A Cabernet Savignon 800px
Metala Vineyards, Langhorne Creek, South Australia
Colour is crimson magenta.

Typical Langhorne Creek Cabernet. Herbal, but in a good way. Dark fruits, earth, cacao… bracken or moss maybe. Mulberries and dark fruits are nicely balanced with classic, herbal Cabernet notes. Very fine, elegant tannins provide great structure and length.

This wine has enjoyed the benefits of careful cellaring and can be enjoyed for years to come.
