2009 Killibinbin Cabernet Sauvignon

Deep garnet/dark red in colour. Abundant dark/black fruit aromas supported by floral notes of violets, distinct cedar oak and touches of olives and mint. Rich, luscious fruit texture with savoury touches leading to fleshy, long fruit flavours. Excellent roundness and mouth feel with balanced grainy oak characters contribute further length, ensuring this wine can be enjoyed over ten years. No fining and minimal filtration.
