2007 Killibinbin Shiraz

Deep magenta/crimson in colour. Intense aromas from the darker fruits spectrum of prunes, plums and blackcurrants sitting alongside licorice, tar, fennel and pepper. Mouth-filling juicy purple fruits explode in the mouth, but well balanced acidity keeps this wine tight. Ripe, firm tannins and sustained fruits throughout with a spicy/savoury twist. Drink over the next 5 years.
