2018 Killibinbin Scream Shiraz
Sourced from our 1990 Well Shiraz and 1996 North Shiraz Blocks the fruit was machine harvested at night on the 19th & 21st of March.
On receival the fruit was destemmed only, no crushing. 10 days on skins prior to pressing and maturation in 20% new American oak hogsheads and 1-3 year old French oak barriques for 18 months.
The final 6 months prior to bottling the wine was stored in seasoned barriques.
