2007 No.6 Shiraz (Sold out)
Deep magenta / crimson colour. Pungent aromas are from the darker fruits spectrum - blackberries and prunes alongside licorice, tar and fennel.
Juicy, sweet boysenberry and blackberry flavours surround a fleshy mid-palate coated with chewy tannin. Sustained fruits run throughout with a spicy / savoury twist.
This is drinking well now and will for the next 5 years+.
